recipes!

see below two recipes! one for crumble and one for cookies! if you dont like either, please follow the link included to chocolate cake recipe.

Here's the two recipes:

    CRUMBLE: 300g + 1TBSP Plain Flour Pinch Salt 175g + 50g Brown Sugar 200g (+) Room Temp Unsalted Butter Cubed (Cooking and Greasing) 450g Peeled and Cored Apples (1cm Cubes) Pinch Ground Cinnamon Pinch Ground Nutmeg
  1. heat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl, then rub butter cubes in a few at a time until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs
  3. Put fruit into a large bowl and pour second measures of sugar, flour and cinnamon over and stir
  4. Butter a large ovenproof dish, spoon the fruit mix into the bottom and sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 mins, until the fruit is bubbling
    COOKIES: 150g Butter (Softened) 150g Soft Brown Sugar 1 Egg 1 TSP Vanilla Extract 180g (+) Plain Flour ½ Bicarbonate of Soda 200g Chocolate (Dairy Milk) ¼ TSP Salt
  1. Mix butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, then beat in egg and vanilla
  2. Fold in flour, bicarbonate of soda, chocolate, and salt, being careful not to overwork the dough
  3. Optional: Leave the mixture to chill, preferably overnight
  4. Heat oven to 180C, roll the dough into balls, place on baking paper (allowing for spreading during cooking) and cook for 8 to 10 mins or 10 to 12 if chilled
  5. Place on a wire rack to cool
